Danville Planning Commission

23 April 2009

 

Attendees:      Jeff Frampton, Nancy Lewis, Kim Prior, Mike Boudreau, Jim Ashley, Alison Meaders

 Start:              Meeting opened at 7:10 pm

Review final drafts of core village district bylaw proposals.  A final questions / clarifications / comments to Jason at Smart Growth to revise.  Expect to be completed by  next meeting.

 Kim to highlight changes from existing bylaws, send to Jeff for printing and distribution to Mert and the selectboard.

 Tabled until next meeting:  Review of proposal for all-district parking standards, and site plan review standards.

Department of Housing and Community Affairs has approved use of Smart Growth as a “natural extension” for the 2009-2010 planning grant.   Before next meeting, Alison and Nancy to draft scope of work, send to Smart Growth for revision, with final for review at next meeting.

 Green Up day May 2^nd.   Open House at Historical Society from 3-7 pm
