                             Danville Planning Commission

Attendees:      Jim Ashley, Jeff Frampton, Alison Meaders, Kellie Merrell, Kim Prior, Nancy Lewis

Start:               Meeting opened at 7:10 pm

New Business:

We received the proposed zoning map and binders with recommended zoning changes from the consultant.  Alison noted minor changes because the statute was repealed.

Alison continued to lead us through our rewrite of Zoning Bylaws.  We covered Site Plan Review through Subdivisions of Land (following the Brighton format and borrowing from the text).

For the next meeting, we need to think about we would like to use monies from a potential state grant of $10,000 - $15,000 for planning assistance (to be applied for).
